1.Tarot card readings are not an exact science. We advise against interpreting the readings too literally. Our applications and services are intended for entertainment purposes only. Refusal of Service

Money, Accounts, and Membership
4.If you enjoy your complimentary reading as much as we anticipate, you'll have the option to acquire additional credits. You can enhance your experience by purchasing larger credit packs, allowing you to access more features and content, details of credit package pricing can be found in our app.
5.When you request additional information from the service and provide your email address, you automatically become subscribed to a free membership.
6.While you are subscribed to a membership, we may send you email concerning the service or your account at any time.
7.You may unsubscribe from and cancel your membership at any time.
8.You are responsible for any use of your account and membership; consequently, you are responsible for keeping your account password and the email access links you use to access the service secure.

Any costs and fees related to the mediation, excluding attorney fees, will be shared equally between both parties.
13.Any and all decisions you make based upon information provided by us or the service shall be your sole and exclusive responsibility.
Limitation of Liability

16.In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is considered void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions. The removal of such provision shall not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We encourage you to check back regularly for updates. Your continued use of the service following changes to the Terms of Service signifies your acceptance of the amendments.

Our purpose in collecting such information is to better understand how visitors use Starry Chats Applications. 28.We may use certain marketing companies(The Marketing Companies) for the purposes of placing advertisement on Starry Chats Applications, and The Marketing Companies will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. 29.We use data Google Analytics services to analyze the use of our applications. and to create reports about the use of our website.
30.Starry Chats App is based in the USA and your data may be processed in the United States, and other countries or jurisdictions.
31.We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and our service providers, and backups of all application data (including your personal information) are stored in 3rd party services.
